For reservations with more restrictive conditions, such as non-cancellable / non-refundable reservations, a prepayment is made at the time of booking and therefore your card will be debited for the full amount of your purchase. The frequency of cleaning your apartment depends on the length of your stay. Please note that the end of stay cleaning fee is included in the price.

For stays longer than 7 days, a weekly cleaning is provided during which all linen is changed and the apartment is completely cleaned (except the kitchenette). If you would like to take advantage of extra cleaning, please let us know. We can provide a cleaning service on request.
