  • I lost my email confirmation and I don’t have my booking number, what can I do?

    No worries: even if you deleted the confirmation email, your booking is maintained.

  • How do I use a promotional or a corporate code?

    To book your Victoria Garden Apart’hotel using a promotional or corporate code, you just have to enter the code in the space dedicated in the booking engine (Code privilege/ code IATA).

    You can cancel or modify a booking except for the ones made with a non-refundable/non-cancellable offer (see the sale terms).

    To modify or cancel a booking, please open the booking engine (choosing the right residence, dates don’t matter).

    Click on “Cancel reservation” or “Booking amendment” depending on what you want to do. After that, you just have to give your email address or your booking number to validate the process. 

  • Is it possible to modify a booking made online by calling directly the residence?

    You just have to give your booking number at the reception of your Apart’hotel.

  • Until what time can I make a booking on the Victoria Garden website?

    To make a booking for a stay on D-Day, you have to do it before the reception is closed. Caution: opening hours are different from a residence to another one.

    For bookings for later dates, you can do it on our website 24/7, at any time. 

  • How many nights is it possible to book?

    It depends on the offer. Some have maximum stay configured. For medium-stay (from 7 to 29 nights), you can book our offer 7-29 directly on our website. For stays of 30 nights and more, we advise you to contact directly the residence (you’ll get adapted rates). 

  • How many apartments is it possible to book?

    You can book up to 3 apartments per booking. If you wish to book more apartments, you can make several bookings. For bookings for more than 5 apartments, we advise you to contact directly the residence to enjoy preferential rates. 

  • Do I have to use my credit card to make a booking?

    To make a booking on our website, a valid credit card is mandatory.

    The amount of the booking won’t be charged, it’s just a security to guarantee it. The payment will be made once arrived at the residence.

    Caution: for non-cancellable/ non-refundable offers, prepayment is required and your credit card will be charged once the booking made. Please look carefully at the sale terms of the offer you’re booking. 

  • Will my credit card be charged after the booking?

    The amount of the booking won’t be charged (except for non-cancellable/non-refundable rates); it’s just a security to guarantee it. The payment will be made once arrived at the residence. 

  • Is Victoria Garden website sure for a bank data use?
